I am sorry to write my recent not-so-happy experience at Praasad Paradise. This was me and wife's first visit to Cox's Bazaar together and I chose Praasad over Long Beach Hotel, Seagull, Sea Palace etc. I thought my experience would be a happy one- it wasn't quite so.

Check in time is 11am but we reached there at 10am. So we had to wait in the lobby. This check-in is not an issue when the room is empty but when guest is waiting to be check-in, Praasad should hurry the leaving guests. At 11:45am we were able to step in the room.

An utter disappointment with Super Deluxe room. The AC remote didn't seem to work. The temp reading was fluctuating, the remote controller unit was so dirty and old- I was actually afraid to touch it. I stepped out and saw almost all the outdoor AC units were very old, rusty.

One side of the room is fully glass covered- like a glass wall. That glass wall is not even completely sealed! There is a good 4-6" gap between room though which noise/voice from next room is clearly audible. Imagine, the newly weds.. .. .how embarrassing.

The wooden cupboard (actually for clothes) makes screaming noise when you open one part. The washroom fitting were 'OK' quality, thank god there was a Comod, not a pan.

The swimming pool is 'OK', not quite big like Seagull's one.

The ONLY thing I liked there is their food. Food is awesome, really tasty. You should definitely try their BBQ.

Unfortunately, I will not stay in Praasad anymore. No matter where I stay in Cox's Bazaar, I will surely have my dinner at Praasad.
